How Coaches will be Differentiated

Member Coaches will not be judged, categorized, pigeon-holed or rated by TCC. TCC will select coaches its advocates feels are the best suited for particular clients by using the desires, needs, and preferences of each individual client. In essence, clients will do the selecting and TCC will just be the messenger.
Coaches selected for a particular client will not be considered to be any better or worse than those not selected or visa versa. The 3 initial coaches selected for a client will offer the best fitting match with that client.

The strength of the process is to have a large number of member coaches so TCC can provide the best-fit matches for as many accepted clients as possible. The more member coaches TCC has to select from, the better it will be for the client and in reality for each member coach. Member coaches will not be competing with each other. Having more member coaches will draw even more clients, meaning more potential clients for every member coach. Also, TCC will focus on assisting member coaches to improve their coaching skills by making use of the talents of other member coaches. The more member coaches there are, the more resources there will be to provide very effective assistance to each member coach.
Coaches have little risk to join. Yet, the upside opportunities are almost endless.
